Magnesium glycinate is one of the best forms of magnesium because it is highly absorbable. Most of us in America are deficient in magnesium. Jigsaw puts out a quality product. I like that there are no other magnesium forms in this product. So many of the products add in magnesium oxide, which is about 4% absorbable.
