Good quality that’s for sure but it still make me sleepy thoughI have vitamin D deficiency, and magnesium is the main co factor along with d3k2. I can't tolerate magnesium glycinate ,some other brand malate give me too much energy or some other issues. the only reason one downside is because it's pricey and for some reason
