This is amazing for when kids go through sleep regression! Love the single dose size and easy packaging! No taste which is great for picky kids! Easy to use and open and discard. Seriously the tasteless supplement is the biggest plus point. i can easily mix in milk to feed my 4 yr old son without realising it. Effect and quality was good, after finish a box , i can see his sleep improved drastically . For eg, he slept 12 hours compared to 10 hours max in the past 2 days when i leave this review.
It’s a very easy to take. I can see a improvement on my daughter. She no longer has nightmares and remains asleep through out the night. Also, she go to bed faster that usual. I tried it on our long flight and she can finally sleep onboard. Fix her jet lag too. I believe the quality is pure. Easy to carry anywhere especially for travel. I usually use it during travel.

We've been using these drops with all of our kids and they seem to aid with sleep. The taste is not great, but they still take it. The package and serving size are good and easy to use. Good quality and natural ingredients.
I don't like giving melatonin regularly to kids. I use this for my grandchildren. It helps to quiet their minds and let them fall asleep. It doesn't make them groggy in the morning. I find it works for two out of the three. One of my grandkids has a very hard time falling asleep, and she needs several doses. I only use three pellets instead of the recommended five.
