I have been adding this to my morning coffee to make a dairy free latte. It is flavorful adding a chocolaty balance to the coffee. I have tried many brands of cacao butter and this one has been the most cost effective. Currently waiting for my next bag to arrive. Love it!

I melted this cocao butter and mixed it with carob powder, salt and vanilla to make carob chocolate bars and the ones you can buy here are full of sweeteners and palm oil. The carob bars are so yummy, I am glad this brand of cacao butter is so affordable.
We’ve tried several cacao butter brands offered on iherb and this is our favorite. Great quality ingredient, taste, we use it to make chocolate. One package makes one batch for us. We use this frequently in our household! The only complaint we have is that they don’t sell it in bigger sizes!
