I purchased this product with the hope I finding a natural remedy for dealing with my Spring and Summer allergies (ragweed, pollen, etc. ). I have been taking one tablet per day for the last couple of months and I am very pleased with the results. No issues with running nose or sinus pressure. I will continue to use this product and have grown to really like the Planetary Herbals brand.

It takes a little time, don't expect immediate results. But with each day you take it, you will notice a difference in your stuffiness if you have seasonal allergies. I started slowly and am now slowly going off of antihistamine with very positive results.

Nettle extract helps to clean out the cilia in the lungs ( they like miniature hairs that trap particles). Needs to be taken for about 3 months for full effectiveness. Also anti inflammatory.

Stinging nettle has so much benefits: reduce or stop hay fever, allergy, aid in skin & bone health, improve scalp circulation, more diuretic, etc. I've bought it for hay fever which bothers me for months in season.
