Very happy to find that the "wheat" that is included in this vitamin nugget is the source of the mannitol - the sugar alcohol used in this formulation. Being gluten-free, I was skeptical, but after some research, I felt comfortable trying it, and I have not had any ill side effects. Everyone is different though, so...do your due diligence if you need! I incorporated this little nugget into my regimen as B12 is one of the nervous system powerhouse vitamins...and after a resurgence of post-Pfizer shot symptoms (got the shot almost five years ago!!) I'm pulling out all the stops, and so far have seen improvement (I'm also taking B1 and B2 . . . soon will be incorporating B9, as it has proven very effective in the inhibition of spike protein binding to host cells...so it can't replicate!!). I've taken Methylcobalamin in the past with good "energy" results... Looking forward to more healing . . . Highly recommend!!
