If you are looking for an easy, healthy, quick meal, these canned tuna and bean salads are excellent. Give them a squeeze of fresh lemon to brighten them up. They are an excellent product.

Wild Planet products are typically good, and these quick-meal cans are decent for on-the-run. They pack a nice protein punch with the white beans and tuna. Tasty and satisfying, but there's not a lot of it. I don't like all the oil it's packed in, and this could certainly be eliminated -- maybe ACV instead? I make a delicious meal similar, but this is good for a quick protein kick.

I haven’t tried this White Bean & Tuna Salad yet, but it already stands out as a much better option than most of what’s available here in Australia. It’s rare to find a tuna product that doesn’t contain trans fats or highly processed oils. I really appreciate that this one uses better-quality ingredients while still being convenient and ready to eat. The combination of tuna and white beans looks hearty and nourishing, offering a natural source of protein and fibre without anything overly processed. I love this item, it's an easy thing to open at work (where we don't really have a kitchen) with no mess and you can eat it right out of its container. If I can I have salad greens with it, just put this on top and there is enough sauce coating the fish and beans that it serves as a dressing for the greens. A wonderful healthy and very tasty lunch!
