I tried these out and I must say I didn't feel a difference. It is good quality, no taste but yeah I didn't feel any different.
I do take it daily and one tablet before each meal for a total of three daily. If you don't get the same results as I do, take two an hour before evening workout. I would also try three but no more than that. If that doesn't work, you need a stronger supplement like the blue vitamin V or yellow vitamin Cia... Hope this helps
