Ok, so I have really bad sinuses. I went to a specialist and they just said the only real solution was surgery and basically just roto-rootering out the insides of my nasal cavity. I've tried everything to help me breathe through my nose. Some things have helped, but not quite enough so I thought, this might be worth a shot, just on the reviews and the description. I can't really say if it has much of a scent (as on top of everything else I lost most of my ability to smell with covid back in 2020), but WOW, this stuff is AMAZING. After reading the helpful reviews, I decided to try this mixed in with some other nasal spray I use which is mostly saline. I use it daily, and have increased how much of this spray I have mixed with the saline spray. It IS intense. I can feel it go right up into ALL of my sinuses. While it does sort of hurt for a couple of seconds, it's not really pain, if that makes sense. I find it to be quite effective in helping me breathe through my nose which is usually almost impossible. The quality is great, but I can't speak to the spray nozzle because I've mixed it into a different spray. I am not too keen on things that are painful, but like I said, this really isn't, but it is super intense. Some people might find it painful. But if you really need to open your nasal passages, wow, this stuff is great. I don't think I'd want to try it full strength, though. I think that might be too much, even if it would work even better.
