I have chronic pancreas, i searched on line to find something that wasn't chemical relife ect cocodamole ect , it worked ,it really worked , if anyone knows about chronic pancreas the pain is horrendous, but this is so effect , because its a liquid ,so it goes into the system quickly.

Although having a sweet taste , the product states that it has plant glycerin. I take it to help with my pancreas which produces insulin to help with glucose. I have noticed that my glucose level has improved. This is my second bottle and I am extremely pleased with the product. Good quality for money and the ingredients listed definitely helps with the pancreas
