These are brilliant. They work so much better after discussing Melatonin with a doctor. He advised that once taken to turn out lights and you will fall asleep pretty much immediately. He also told me they are non-habit forming and that you can take them anytime of the night and when you wake up you will be refreshed and not groggy as melatonin disappears into your blood (or body) once you wake up.
