You might be better off not taking it. With creatine, you can feel your condition improving slowly, but this feels like it shoots something straight into your brain! It does improve concentration, but it makes you extremely irritable, so I actually only took it once or twice and haven't taken it since. I probably wouldn't reach for it unless I was in an extremely difficult situation. Since the dosage itself is a bit heavy, splitting it up at first shouldn't be a problem for you to feel the effects. The size is decent, and the inclusion of sage is a bit unique.
