Multi Collagen, 45 Capsules

I have been pleasantly surprised. I initially bought this product to help with dry skin and brittle nails, which I have seen a little difference with. What I didn’t expect was the help it’s provided with bladder control. After carrying several babies, I started experiencing some bladder issues - typically when laughing hard or some other strenuous activities (heaven forbid I join the kids in the trampoline...). My doc and I have discussed surgical options - but I just wasn’t ready to go that route. I started taking the collagen supplement and noticed a difference in that area within a week. I ran out and forgot to order more, and it reverted back within a few days. I started taking the supplements again - and was able to gain back the control. I realize this may not help everyone in this way - and maybe it won’t help me long term - but it’s helping now and so worth every dime. I’m so happy with this unexpected side effect!!

on my second bottle of Ancient Nutrition Collagen and can honestly say it’s made a real difference. Im in my 40s but using this makes my skin feel smoother, my nails are stronger, and my joints feel less stiff — especially in the mornings. I like that the capsules are easy to take and don’t have any weird aftertaste. Great quality. Definitely staying consistent with this one — it’s become part of my daily routine!

I am really impressed with the quality of this supplement. I've also tried various other products from this brand, and I consistently find their ingredients to be effective and reliable. So I gave it 5 stars because Dr. Mercola has a lot of research behind all of his products. The conclusion is that this product has a superior quality. Can't really tell yet as it's too soon since I started taking it but this might be worth it. Overall, it's a valuable addition to my wellness routine. Size and age 👍

I love this collagen supplement! After a few weeks of use, my skin feels more hydrated, and my nails are much stronger. I also noticed less joint discomfort, especially after workouts. This is my favorite collagen because I trust the brand and it's so easy to take. In the past, I've noticed a difference when I run out of this product so I try to keep it on hand. I originally took collagen to help my skin, but I was happy to notice that my stomach seemed less irritated too so that was even a more important reason to continue it. I don't know if everyone would have those results, but it's probably worth trying it out!

This product is a great quality has a nice scent to it and the size is fair. The benefits of it is amazing. It feels nice while using. It has value and It’s effective used frequently, The package is age appropriate the ingredients are good.

I tried this product but it made me very nauseous. So for anyone with a sensitive stomach this may not be for you. After a bit the nausea went away and it did feel a difference in my stomach in a very calming way. Unfortunately, I have digestive issues that will not allow me to continue taking this but for someone that looking for a quality collagen product with great ingredients, I would try this. The price was decent enough to try but may find a better deal in a bulk package.

When my sister wants a boost of collagen, but doesn’t want to worry about the extra calorie, this is her go to. Easy to take on the go as well.

I recently switched to this collagen on the advice of my family member who gets it from her NP. In the last few years my hair was thinning a lot so I began taking this about 2 1/2 months ago and I have noticed that my hair is coming out much less. It will take about a year or so to see if this continues and my hair thickens up but I am extremely hopeful at this point based on what I have noticed already. I am in my mid 60's. I would have given 5 stars but I want to make sure that these results continue. I definitely recommend this collagen since it is working better than anything else I have tried.
