We are on our 4th one now and I feel like it definitely gives me more energy in the day, helps with dehydration during hot days and overall makes me feel better. The taste is also awesome especially since we don’t really drink juice -it makes it a nice treat.

These are so easy to use. They dissolve easily and are small and easy to travel with. The taste is really good and can easily be used in larger water bottles.

This product is excellent. All the flavours are very good. My daughter loves it and I can noticed the difference in hydration when we consume it.
Since I am a person with thyroid disease who has been hunting for answers and I have now read a book called the thyroid reset diet by christianson, I can no longer take or recommend to any friend or family member that we take any additional iodine. However, as a flavor of electrolyte formula, I do not like the berry-licious as much as I enjoy the fruit punch flavor. Noone in my family liked the berry flavor of this product.
Great electrolyte drink by a brand my naturopathic physician recommends! I really like that it has more than just the standard electrolytes. The B vitamins can take a bit to get used to as you can taste them, though not as much as the lemon lime flavor. It's much better with cool or ice cold water and I got used to it within a week. After I got used to it, I do like the lemon lime flavor better. The Fruit punch is a bit sweet or heavy tasting for me.
