Surprisingly this electrolyte makes me sleepy, calm and power less. I wanted to use it during workout but I can’t because my energy disappears (I’ve actually discovered it on the gym). So I started using it in the evening to calm down after caffeinated day or when my cortisol is high. That’s the right way of use for me and I like it, because I tend to have more energy in the evening than in the morning, so it’s hard for me to fall asleep. I don’t think other people react the same way. But my body reacts weird to some substances. Edit: it works the same way for my brother who has problem with sleep. This drink helps him to have more restful sleep.

I take a scoop in 500ml water during the day - plus I drink another 2 Lt of pure water during the day plus other hot water drinks. It tastes good and has no sugar. A bit pricey but worth it when compared to other formulas that include sugars, artificial flavours and additives. This is my 3rd container full. I also use the Jigsaw Adrenal Formula first thing in the morning for cortisol balance along with an L-Theanine capsule.

Yummy mix, has lots of combined vitamins in one mix, flavors are well balanced. You can stay hydrated throughout the day by adding up the water.

I mix this with coconut water and mineral water for added benefit. The taste is great. It is sweet so I usually use half a scoop at a time. I like that I can get good vitamins without having to take a multivitamin.

We’ve tried so many different electrolytes over the years and these are so much better compared to the many that we’ve tried. I love that they have so many different minerals in them along with the main electrolytes. They taste really great, my whole family loves them. They also dissolve better than any other ones we’ve tried.

Once we tried this product, we haven’t stopped. Four years now. My husband plays pickleball 5x/week for 3 hours at a time. No leg cramps, EVER! Even in 90°+ heat. The stuff is amazing. Top of the line quality ingredients, everything you need and no added sugar, just Stevia leaf & monk fruit! I’ve tried the Lemon-Lime, but the flavor is just …off. This stuff tastes great & works well. We love the tub because u can add exactly how much you want of the flavor! Helps to stay hydrated when it gets hot or if you’re working outside.
