Jym contains 2g of Beta-Alanine. If you are used to (1.6g), you might feel a slightly stronger "pins and needles" sensation (paresthesia). This is harmless but can be surprising if you aren't expecting the jump in dosage.
I really enjoyed the Pineapple Strawberry flavor; it’s refreshing and not too sweet. As for the effect, it gives a complete feeling of energy and focus without the jitters. It mixes very well with water. Definitely a high-quality pre-workout that helps me push through my training.
Its an average pre workout. I am used to much stronger ones as I have been using pre for about 7 years, and this does not match those. The serving size is enormous and it made me nauseous each time I consumed it. Often spent the first 20 min of my time at the gym on the toilet. Would not recommend.
