I took turmeric with black pepper supplement to fight inflammation in my body, it helped a lot. Turmeric supplement is very beneficial specially with black pepper ingredient. The package came intact. The quality and ingredients seem good. The pills are okay and the dosage 2 capsules are easy to swallow. I take them everyday and I feel good when I take them. This supplement has benefited me in helping to reduce body inflammation and radicals. But it requires consistency to see the results.

I prefer gummies because I procrastinate and "forget" when I've got capsule and tablet supplements, but the price and dosage is much better with this stuff than the gummies I've found, and if I have to swallow supplements instead of chew sweet gummies like an infant, these small softgels are the next best thing. Not sure what would earn them 5 stars in my book, but I'll definitely order them again.
Greatly decreases inflammation and improves digestion and I was looking less bloated and swollen within a few days! My only issue is I can’t take both capsules at once or I get heartburn so I take one in the morning and one at night and I have no issues.
