I bought these because I was prescribed iron pills. But my prescription pills were colored in red dye and other additives that aren’t necessary. I was able to get the same mg recommended for me with the same benefit without all of the non essential ingredients.This isn’t medical advice so ask your dr. If this can work for you. Bought this to try when my usual brand was out of stock. Caused constipation, which I never had with my usual brand. Quality was okay. Composition and ingredients were vegan. Size is quite small. Benefits is for iron-deficiency. This supplement is quite low dosage, only 65mg. Taste is okay.
