I was looking for a good supplement since the last one i took was a flop. I almost gave up because my milk feels like drying out. But this one worked for me!! I take this the way the intruction says. Of course i drink tea( the one i got from my country) and the lactation cookie that i got from here too! I posted a picture! Even tho sometimes i only get to eat twice a day i just munch on those cookies and drink the supplement and my boobs still feel like they're full.
