The effects of pills comes on the first week . The benefit is that flashes disappeared on the 3 day , and sleep become deep . The frequency of taking a pill is once a day . Easy to take , small size . It would be better to have 30 pills in the package instead of 28

Nothing is going to be five stars when it comes to menopause symptom relief. It's impossible. There is nothing that will alleviate 100% of the symptoms for me. This does a good job at eliminating most of the hot flashes and night sweats and I prefer using this over hormone therapy.
