I tried the liquid gold and milkapalooza, this is the best! Very beneficial and smells nice and no fenugreek sweat. Works amazing after 2 days you can see a difference. Use 2, 3x a day. Tastes like black seed. My only issue is the price for the size, technically it only lasts 10 days!
