Lactivist is a game charger! i thought my milk was pretty fatty prior to using this. once I started using this I got fat plugs! the way my milk and fat separates is unbelievable! This is a must if you wanna beef or fatten your breastfed baby up! Taste is earthy but tolerable and ingredients are clean and can be trusted! Quality is great as every legendairy product is!

The product is a nice supplement. I bought two bottles and they lasted roughly a month and 2 weeks. I consumed the recommended dose. Its precise impact on milk production is hard to assess. But I believe this and Milkapalooza have been the most effective for me. Taste and smell are a bit pungent. One can also add it to any drink of their choice to make it more mellow. In the studies performed on the active ingredient in this product they ate in a soup!

Breastfeeding feels like magic. You never know what's real haha, but I feel since I'm taking this that my breast can empty better. Before I felt like they're still engorged but baby cannot take it all out... Nursing is easier, I wish I can take this even more often during the day. On the plus side it has also a good effect on the blood glucose, so the breast cravings feel a bit less guilty...

The taste is like black honey or high quality maple syrup. I don't use it frequently yet it has benifitial ingredients. I think the size should be bigger. Suitable package with a dropper for easy use
