Sport Hydration, Effervescent Electrolyte Drink Tablets, Strawberry Lemonade, 10 Tablets

I've been using this Electrolyte Supplement for my daily workouts, and the quality is excellent. The mineral composition is perfect for proper Hydration, helping me to replace lost Fluid during a heavy Workout session. The Strawberry Lemonade taste is light and refreshing, not overpowering like other Sport drinks. The package is also a convenient size, making it easy to carry with me. This is a great benefit, as I can always have it on hand. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for a reliable hydration product.

Try to buy when on sale, love the taste and the rehydration. Although some have concerns re Stevia and fertility, doesn't worry me as past that stage, but do your research and maybe even make your own electrolyte mix if commercial products don't meet your requirements. Avoid Himalayan and redmond salt though, apparently they are bad too. I use Maldon Salt - sooo good - try a big pinch in hot cacao!

Surprisingly yummy and tasty. Not too sweet and not too salty. Easy way to get the electrolyte boost after a workout. Handy smaller tube package fits in my handbag.

Perfect for travelling as its convenient package in a tube and easy to use in its effervescent form. Good quality , taste is personal , for me it’s ok. Love the travel size . Ingredients keep me hydrated for workout . I like how it replenishes my fluids and ups my training and sports. Good source of electrolytes.

It is good, it is part of my daily routine. but I prefer other flavors.

I usually go for a long lunch walk, regardless of the weather. Especially on hot days, which we have often in Hong Kong, I mix one nuun tablet with 0.5l of water. This helps greatly to replenish my electrolytes and tastes great. Especially mixed with half a liter of water, the flavor is subtle yet distinctive. I especially love the mis of strawberry and lemon.

A little more calories than I usually have as I have been buying zero electrolyte tablets, the taste is quite false so I’ve decided to get ones with a little added sugar

The best hydration tablets. Great quality and ingredients, this one is my favorite because it has a great taste! The size of the package is really nice and easy to take it with you. It’s really help me when I feel dehydrated. I take it for EDS flares. It helps my cognitive functions.
