I used this multiple times during my workouts and before them to hydrate. It tastes like grapes which is very pleasant. This contains electrolytes that will help you become more hydrated if you need it. Recommended if you’re the type of person to become dehydrated quickly generally or after workout. Honestly it’s great. Tried both grape and strawberry lemonade and I enjoyed them both. The taste is a bit to get used to but that’s most electrolytes, especially since it’s practically no sugar. I find the quality to be good, it mixes into water pretty quick and it helps me a lot with my hydration.

Working my way through the Nuun sport hydration flavors, Grape has that special grape soda flavor, unlike any actual grape, but in a good way. Color is more lemon-lime, which is unexpected. I love Nuun for sport hydration and Grape is a nice addition to the mix.

I use these electrolyte tablets mainly during summer and when I go to the gym, and they really help with hydration and energy. They’re easy to take, refreshing, and prevent that tired, depleted feeling after workouts. Very useful!

I love these little tablets in my water for hot yoga workouts. They claim to help hydration. Most of the flavors taste good, some taste amazing. The tubes are a convenient size, but tablets may not fit into a regular plastic water bottle without breaking. they appear to be high quality and make drinking water much more appealing with a little flavour hit to keep you powering through.
