The electrolytes are extremely sweet and need extra tools to blend then properly. Taste is quite chemical and once again, needs around 1.8 L of water and many ice cubes to make it bearable. I like the ease of use with sachets. Quality of ingredients could be good, however it does not have all the necessary minerals. Better off buying Ultima.
