Great electrolyte supplement! I love that it’s unflavored, so it’s easy to mix into water without any strong taste. The serving size is simple (just 1 scoop), and I feel it helps keep me properly hydrated—especially on training days and when I’m sweating more.

Flavour is slightly acidic due to malic acid in the product, otherwise no other taste detected. I use it for hiking or after sweating a lot from sun basking outside. I love the convenience of individual packaging meaning I can take in my bag anywhere, I always keep one in my bag going out.

Works well to hydrate, it has quite a decent amount of potassium in it, amd there's no sweetness or flavor. Unfortunately the powder does clump after a while, especially in summer or if you live in areas of high humidity, so it's better to get the other version that comes in individual sachets.

This is unflavored but has a very strong sherbet or bicarb kind of taste. I'm not sure whether it really helped me feel any more energetic, or it helped me with muscle recovery, but I did notice that my stomach was a little bit more upset unusual. I am using it as a constipation remedy lol
I do feel a difference since taking this. A cleaner energy is the best way I can describe it. Not a ‘hit’ like coffee, but more a sustained energy throughout the day. One scoop in my 1 litre water bottle and I’m usually finished it by lunch time. No flavour, other than perhaps the mildest sweetness. Not a perfect ingredient list, but the cleanest I could find. A tub lasts a month.
