i was dizzy in the heat and felt sick. i took half a teaspoon of this and drsnk 500ml water and within an hour i felt better. i believe it helps with hydration and blood flow. it tastes the best out of every salt I have tried it is a quality product from utah usa with pure ingredients just salt. with it was cheaper
We’ve used Redmond for years for one simple reason. It’s real salt. It has a flavorful taste and it’s unrefined mineral salt. That means that instead of having bleach in my salt, Redmond’s is actually good for me. It contains all the trace minerals my body needs The quality is excellent, as you would imagine. We use both the coarse and fine mineral salt. With an easy to pour package, it’s convenient to pour in salt shakers. Highly recommend!
Best salt especially when celtic is not available. It’s mild taste not very salty. Good with everything. And of course healthier option. I took a pinch under my tongue for ore minerals . And if I have a headache, someties it fade away if I took some of it. Size is good last a good time
