A new must have for me. At this point i can't even remember what how bad my quality of sleep was before i had these. Every Night has a good night's sleep. The gummy texture is adequate, not the best in the world but certainly anything really to complain about. The dosage is good with 2.5 mg per gummy, this way i can pick and choose how strong i want it. The tast is good, i find it to be a natural flavour and pleasant to eat.
