Kids are happy to take these when needed - easier to use than other supplements. I like the lower dosage as 0.5 is plenty for them. No need to go straight to 1mg. Note for parents and caretakers out there.. kids may be more inclined the wet the bed if they take melatonin as their body is not waking them to go potty.
