The taste of these are fine. They're not so nice that you're encouraged to take more than yoi need. I love that theyre sugar free because I dont want cavities. Sometimes 1mg is not enough but the fact you take on gummy and get 1.5mg is great and of course theres times when you need two gummies. Would recommend as they seem to be good quality, pleasant to take and do as they say on the pack.

Very tasty but I did get a bit of flavour fatigue by then end. Dose seems right but just keep in mind the stated does is based on a serving of two.

Take this as I am a night shift worker and on my days off I sometimes find it hard to sleep. Small dosage is good which it a benefit because I can take as little as I want. This product works great. Good size bottle. Great quality, taste and ingredients. Highly recommended 👍
