Nice taste, very good ingredients. And for ppl who think that’s it bad because there is no iron, they should to know, that calcium blocks iron absorption. Therefore, it's best to take iron in the morning on an empty stomach, two hours before a meal, or at night, two hours after eating.

I love this product. I used other sugar substitutes on the keto / carnivore diet, but after using this product I can freely say that it is the best. It doesn't have an aftertaste like some others, but it tastes like regular sugar. It provides a sense of pleasure without the guilt. The only thing I wish is that there is a bigger package.

so i was looking for a prenatal that doesn't have iron because i have the hemocromatosis gene and also doent have synthetic vitamin A because i took accutane in the past and not sure about taking it... from the good brand, with methylated forms of vitamins and without addictives this was the only one that ticks all the boxes however i must say i would rather take pills...the bottle is huge and the taste,even though its not bad, always leaves me feeling a little bit nauseous. i also dont love the 'natural flavours'! so basically, its not bad but im still looking for a better alternative.
