I have been extolling the wonders of essential fatty acids for decades. Fish oil is the best source for EPA and DHA, which are so vital to our health and longevity. This product from MAV is VERY high potency. For most people, one or two capsules per day is enough to reduce inflammation and keep the cardiovascular system youthful and healthy. I am so impressed with MAV Nutrition Fish Oil! I have tried so many brands that promise to be burpless but still leave a terrible aftertaste. This one actually delivers. The natural lemon flavor masks any fishy taste perfectly.

I have tried many different brands and dosages of Omega-3 in the past and I must say this is among the best. It is very high quality and I noticed the difference both for me and my brother with the first 2 weeks of taking. Just remembr that you have to take the daily recommended 3 capsules to get the full benefits of the high EPA/DPA dosage stated on the bottle.
