I really enjoy the flavor and the effects of this magnesium. I am 36 weeks pregnant and my midwife suggested this brand to me. It has definitely helped with my aches and pains, as well as my sleeping. I started with a 1/2tsp and have worked my way up to 1tsp. I haven't felt like I needed much more than that, since it seems to be working.
My son got relief from constipation ,and sleep problem gone after i use this product.it has fruity taste and a little sour.It relaxes the muscle and has alot of benefit for kids who have magnesium deficiency. It is the common product i always have at home in case adults also get constipation.

It tastes artificial and very sour and gassy. It upset my intestine badly. I would buy it again. Maybe it's my sensitivity and for someone else it would be ok.
I have been using this for years. it not only keeps. e regular, I am 50+ and I just did a bone density test, my tester congratulated me on how strong my bones are. the other females in my family that do not supplement with magnesium and vitamins and bone minerals cant say the same. not boasting just sharing what has worked for me. This mild flavor is great and the small 1/4 tsp in hot water that I drink morning and night is barely noticeable. Higher doses are too much for me. Calm gives me the magnesium I need daily
