This is a great evening drink. It tastes good without being heavy. It is tricky to mix as it foams up at first. It must be mixed in a large mug or it will overflow. Once the foam goes down, the rest of the water can be added and it seems to help with sleep.

I thought all the ingredients were of good quality, but then i saw "natural flavors" - this is something that usually doesn't have anything to do anymore with the real thing, as it was maybe originally derived from nature but then altered chemically to a point where it's just chemical. I like the taste, though.

After using Calm for several months and finding that it greatly benefitted my sleep quality and level of anxiety, I changed to Calm with calcium. While drinking it at night , I find I get sleepier even sooner! I wonder if in addition to the magnesium and calcium, it has become so much a part of my routine that I wonder if I become sleepy because of conditioning in addition to the calming benefits of this natural supplement.

I love Natural Calm products but didn’t appreciate the gritty taste when it is combined with calcium. I think the normal calm powder is much better than this one. Anyway the calcium amount is still insufficient for daily dosage so another supplement is still needed, which kind of defeats the purpose. The other one with just magnesium is also more suitable for relaxation since it’s more potent. This is also a pretty small size, so I find it’s more expensive.

This is my favorite flavor of Calm. Works really well and makes my sleep deep. It dissolves very fast in boiling water and is ready to be consumed in just a couple of minutes. I have been buying it for more than 10 years. I'll keep buying and using this product.

Takes a few minutes to make but well worth the benefits. Can be mixed with any liquid, I just mix with very warm water as directed, then add cold water, lemon juice & vinegar. Perfect drink. Definitely helps my muscle spams and joint pain. The Raspberry-Lemon is my favorite flavor.
