I tried this flour for the first time and was pleasantly impressed! It has a wonderful consistency and a pleasant smell! I baked a cake with this flour and with orange pieces. It was a wonderful airy cake! And very, very tasty!
I bought a lot of brands of almond flour for making ketogenic bread, this blue diamond brand is actually great, it’s finely ground almond flour with high quality, I like it once I use it, but the only problem is the price is not that friendly, but you will have no regret buying it.
I think this is the most affordable almond flour in iherb. I use it on baking or keto treats. I also like the packaging that it has zip line.
Wanted to try this as my sister has been raving about it. I make my cake and brownies from scratch and this Almond flour is great knowing it has No Gluten! What is gluten, you ask? It's glue! No wonder people have adversities to processed white flour. This almond flour may be a tad pricey but that's fine with me. I ordinarily do half almond flour and half white flour in my cake recipes so that cuts down on the gluten and the guilt.
The quality of this almond flour is pretty good. I’ve been using it as a substitute for regular flour to make cookies, cakes, and desserts, and it works really well—especially for cakes, which have a great texture.

We have used this to make keto choc chip cookies and the taste is great! Work well in any recipe and a bit easier to work with than some and great for any diet or just outright healthy bread or cookies
It tasted fresh and had an even but consistent consistency. I have used it to make bases for pie, and it seems to be good for other recipes as well. It has a nice colour, and a good best before date. Almond are apparently alkalizing for the body as well.
