The primary intention behind taking this supplement was to enhance the health of my knee joints and strengthen my bones. To my surprise, I have noticed a significant improvement in the dark circles under my eyes. For years, I have attempted to eliminate these circles by using costly eye creams and gels, yet I had not observed any results until now.
I like these capsules have Types I, II, III, V & X! Also, it has BioPerine (black pepper) for enhanced absorption for skin, hair, nails & joint support. It's easy to take (3 capsules/day). I also like its collagen sources (chicken, fish, eggshell & bovine bone broth). This bottle has another year shelf life (but will be used before). I wanted to try b/c price is less than Dr. Axe's and this of course has no after taste like the powder.
