I like the ingredients which are good for joint support. I take two in the morning to help relieve my bone on bone pain in my shoulder. It works well, but my only draw back is it only lasts for about 6 hours. Then I take a different supplement with other ingredients to get me through the rest of the day. I wish it lasted longer as it really helps.
