I’ve been using Ashwagandha for more than 10 months and I have noticed a difference. I have noticed a decrease in my anxiety. 2 of my grown kids use it too. I decided to switch to this blend as it still has the ashwagandha but also has lions mane and organic mushrooms and an organic vitamin c berry blend.
