This is my go-to for melatonin, for several reasons. First, they offer a low dose, which is hard to find. But mostly...they are delicious! They honestly taste like a large M&M, but with melatonin. I panic when I can't find them in my grocery store. They cannot be shipped in the summer due to their sensitivity to heat, being chocolate, so I highly recommend ordering online during the fall, winter and spring months so you'll have some for the summer.
