I love this cod liver fish oil and ive bought it several times already. Its quite beneficial for me, i noticed my joints are so much better as i have a problem that comes with age I am 39 yrs young, my knees lock out of place and it is so painful. But ever since i use this daily that issue has went away. I use it together when taking vit d3+k2 during the first meal of the day.
