Bought it to help support and improve mental health and elevated mood, to help manage and maintain my overall wellbeing. No noticeable benefit. Ingredients are quality, capsule is average in size, no taste (if capsule not broken open), packaging is as expected, cost is okay, dosage is easy. Suitable for any diet.
A little pricey but good. My son has used and enjoyed the benefits of increased attention and uplifted mood. He has switched to the one for energy temporarily to see if he likes better but if not will return back to this one. It’s nice that it’s a one per day so dosage is convenient.
