My husband loves these one a day vitamins that are jam packed with nutrition! He’s noticed improvement in energy and general well being. We love that it’s whole food based and has extras that are beneficial for men 40+.

I'm 45 and started taking these at age 40. What I noticed shortly after starting was the increase in energy, alertness and better sleep. I feel it's due to the combination of ingredients in these that basically connect all the nutritional dots.

My husband is very picky about what vitamins he takes and these are probably the best multivitamin. It absorbs completely and he continues to take it unlike many others.

This is a great multivitamin, but I’ve noticed that the timing makes a difference. One time, I took it on an empty stomach at night, and I felt stomach discomfort. So, I ate a small snack and then took the pill, and that worked much better. Interestingly, I only feel its effects when taken at night after eating. I wake up feeling more energetic with less muscle tension. I believe this is because the ingredients are better absorbed while I sleep. If you’re not feeling the effects when taking it in the morning, you might want to try it at night with a snack like I did. This is how it worked for me!
