The quality and ingredients are awesome but we gave it an average rating because of the size of the caplet. Very large and hard to swallow. The benefit of calcium is for muscle and bone improvement and calcium and vitamin D deficiencies. Tasteless and odorless it's a great supplement combination.

I was diagnosed with osteoporosis half year ago and ordered to take calcium supplements by doctor. However, I don't like the texture and taste of taking the tablets of Calcium Carbonate coz I felt like eating eggshell or chalk powder. If i just swallow it without chewing, i doubt if my body can absorb the Calcium or not. So happy to find this softgel Calcium to get the issue resolved. Although the price is a bit higher than the tablets, it's still very affordable and it made me feel at ease that my body could absorb what I took daily without going through that difficult texture of taking tablets.
