I think the high quality ingredients are very beneficial to my bone health. I am 70 years old and have used this product for a year with great results.
This formula has a very high quantity of K2 M-4 which mimics a clinical trial in Japan many years ago which found benefits for osteoporosis. Some might not want to take that much K2.
By switching to this product my bone density scan that my endocrinologist runs every 2 years, improved significantly! This is the only product to my knowledge that has this high amount of vitamin k which is required to keep the calcium in the bones and out of your arteries. The other combination of ingredients included in this formula add to the positive results. I take two capsules twice a day and will continue to do so because of the obvious benefits from the quality ingredients.

It is a very good supplement to overall health and energy levels. The quality of both the product and packaging is amazing, and the dropper is very easy to use. The taste is not overwhelming, and I personally really use it. I'm willing to buy it again, and I trust it.
I’ve read so many good things about this particular supplement that I’ll continue to take it even though I’m unsure if it actually helps or not. 🤷🏻♀️ nonetheless, it’s easy to take (2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner) and doesn’t upset my stomach.
I think this is the best one in all capsules for people with osteopenia and osteoporosis.
Love this supplement mix of calcium EXCEPT the carbonate calcium which upsets my stomach.
Im 76 & have been taking this for 4 years. I was surprised when my bone density kept increasing. I dont like having to take 4 a day but it works. Hv to also take magnesium glyciate to see tesults.
