First time to try turmeric! It smells and tastes so authentic and strong. I usually add it to marinate the meats. It’s good for inflammation so I hope it will help my skin problem. I thought the size was small but it actually turns out to be a lot! It can last for quite a while I think. Just the package is a bit messy that I will have to use a jar to contain it.

After 1 week of daily use (1 teaspoon with black pepper and a bit of fat for better absorbtion) I got rid of intense sciatica and lower back pain. Couldn't believe it!! I take it on an empty stomach about 30 minutes before meals, dissolving about 1/4 teaspoon in warm water with lemon and a bit of honey. Please stay away from curcumin pills with extremely high levels of curcumin up to 95%. Stick to the natural ground powder form and you’re good. That curcumin pill is considered one of the most common causes of herbal related liver injury.
