It would be nice to have a list of ingredients of the heavy metals because these herbs usually contain some. other than that, it has a great taste, I huge it every day and I would recommend you to take it again. I use it every day and it's one of the best herbs.
It tastes so turmeric I would try to use it with something that would reduce its taste i don’t like the taste of turmeric the size is good I totally forgot I bought this.. I will definitely make recipes with it

I use it in my tea, every time my muscles hurt after weight lifting - its healing benefits are undeniable. Very little amount will be needed in most cases. If you stain your clothes, just use fresh lemon juice to get it out :)
