I've struggled with irregularity for a long time and have tried MANY options. So to say I was skeptical was an understatement. But they've helped TREMENDOUSLY and they taste like a 50/50 bar which could be a blessing and a curse lol. You only take 2 a day but I swear I could eat all of them in one sitting....I refrained though lol

Gummies are easy to chew as gummies. Not too sweet. Enough to last a month. Improved gut health. Decreased constipation, a great problem with Diabetics and slow metabolism. Will purchase again.
