I’m buying this to make my own coconut yoghurt. I haven’t tried it yet, but I plan to add a little sugar to help activate the cultures and some starch to make it more stable. I actually wanted a 3-strain probiotic but it wasn’t available, so I’ll just try this one instead. There’s plenty of yoghurt to make with this if you only use 2–3 capsules per 1 liter batch! Yoghurt like this can really benefit digestion with live cultures and help support a stronger gut microbiome, which means better mental balance and better nutrient absorption. It can also help you tolerate fibres more easily without constipation, diarrhoea, or mixed IBS symptoms.
