Echinacea Supreme, 60 Liquid Phyto-Caps®

My review was blocked. They don't let me write what I want. I'll try to explain my experience another way. Echinacea has anti-inflammatory, antiviral and immunomodulatory activities. Recent studies demonstrate, and few people know, that Echinacea is effective against the HSV, Covid, HRVs and HPV. Studies point for 3-5-0 - m-g /_ day, with a meal or with a glass of water - NEVER on an empty stomach. You should not take Echinace for more than 8 weeks because instead of strengthening your immune system, you can weaken it. It is interesting to take it once a year to cleanse the body. NOT suitable for pregnant women.

Great product, helps to stay healthy and energetic during winter time, helps immediately. Easy to use, tastes good. All my family love it. Natural ingredients, good size. Highly recommend for everyone to stay healthy. Definitely I'll buy it again for the next flue season for all my family members.

The dosage is written on the package. The ingredient of this gel capsule contains good quality of Echinacea is well known to benefit the immune system. The gel capsules size is easy to swallow and you won’t taste anything as it is sealed in gel capsules.

I take this when I feel like I might be getting sick, and it brings me right back. I take 2 capsules 2 twice a day for 2 days. If you are already sick, I would do 2 capsules 3 times a day.

It indeed is SUPREME. But unfortunately very expensive. Although the quality is and efficiency is always top notch with Gaiga Herbs.
