Good quality product! I follow the recommended dosage on the bottle I take one capsule 1 hour before bedtime and I noticed it benefits; soothes my brain and get me sleepy, when I wake up next day I don’t feel fatigued or tired at all like other sleeping pills do. Highly recommend !! No taste with average size capsules.

This might be a good product for easy sleepers, but i didn't feel anything. I suffer from bouts of insomnia with overthinking and this product, despite taking 2 pills at a time did not help.

I wanted to write a review for this product cuz I love doctor mercola who thinks of adding more ingredients than just melatonin which are important benefit for sleep. I really love the ingredients, quality and dosage (only need 1 before bed). Size of the cap and bottle is fine and given the extra ingredients added I think the price is ok but could be nicer lol.
